Bread Knife
Wood chopping board for serving and aesthetics
Ingredients:
Nori Sheets - 2 No.s
Sticky Rice/Jasmine Rice/Regular Rice
Sticky Rice - 2 cups water for 1 cup rice
Jasmine Rice - 1.5 cups water for 1 cup rice
Regular Rice - 2 cups water for 1 cup rice
Rice Vinegar - 2 tbsp
Light Soy Sauce - 4 tbsp
Egg (Optional)
Dry roasted sesame seeds
Sesame Oil
Dipping Sauce:
Add 4 tbsp light soy sauce, 2 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tsp dry roasted sesame seeds, a teaspoon sesame oil and mix together.
Directions:
Place the nori sheet on wooden chopping board and layer it with a thin layer of vineger mixed with rice. Add a layer of thin layer of omlette on top of it (optional).
Place carrots/cucumber/avacado closer to the edge and roll as shown in the image.
Cut into equal pieces with a sharp bread knife
